Adventure Park Veglio will close during rain, thunderstorms and strong winds.

Refunds and transferability for vouchers

The vouchers are valid until 30 Sept. of the current season. For purchases from October, will be valid until September 30 of the next season.
Vouchers are transferable between persons. You could freely sell or give them.
Vouchers are never refundable (art. 59, Comma n., Codice del Consumo)
Vouchers will have the possibility to extend the expired date from 1 year, until the natural expired date (30 Sept.) at the price of 5 € there: https://veglio.parcoavventura.it/rinnova-voucher/

Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the scheduled booking date, will receive a full refund or free reschedule, including group booking deposits.
Cancellations made between 2-7 days from the scheduled booking date will be entitled to a 50% refund or incur a 50% reschedule fee to change the date.
Cancellations made within 0-2 days of the booking or no shows will forfeit the entire booking, with no refunds or rescheduling available.

Change your date

You can change your date for jump until 7 days before the date reserved, otherwise you will lose your voucher.

Cancellation date of opening

Calendar could change. Adventure Park Veglio will communicate the changes and will offer a new date for the activity

Requirements

Min. Age: 4 years old.
Min height is 110 cm to participate
Max. weight is 110 kg to participate
Participants under 18 must have their parent sign on their behalf
It is absolutely forbidden to leave the park wearing harness or helmet.
Course restrictions: DISCOVER THE PARK . Each participant is required to have a signed form in order to participate. For participants under 18 years, their parent will be required to sign on their behalf. The registration form will be attached to your confirmation email.
