Weather<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Adventure Park Veglio will close during rain, thunderstorms and strong winds.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Refunds and transferability for vouchers<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The vouchers are valid until 30 Sept. of the current season. For purchases from October, will be valid until September 30 of the next season.<\/li>\n
    2. Vouchers are transferable between persons. You could freely sell or give them.<\/li>\n
    3. Vouchers are never refundable (art. 59, Comma n., Codice del Consumo)<\/li>\n
    4. Vouchers will have the possibility to extend the expired date from 1 year, until the natural expired date (30 Sept.) at the price of 5 \u20ac there: https:\/\/veglio.parcoavventura.it\/rinnova-voucher\/<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance of the scheduled booking date, will receive a full refund or free reschedule, including group booking deposits.<\/li>\n
      2. Cancellations made between 2-7 days from the scheduled booking date will be entitled to a 50% refund or incur a 50% reschedule fee to change the date.<\/li>\n
      3. Cancellations made within 0-2 days of the booking or no shows will forfeit the entire booking, with no refunds or rescheduling available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Change your date<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. You can change your date for jump until 7 days before the date reserved, otherwise you will lose your voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Cancellation date of opening<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Calendar could change. Adventure Park Veglio \u00a0will communicate the changes and will offer a new date for the activity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. Min. Age: 4 years old.<\/li>\n
            2. Min height is 110 cm to participate<\/li>\n
            3. Max. weight is 110 kg to participate<\/li>\n
            4. Participants under 18 must have their parent sign on their behalf<\/li>\n
            5. It is absolutely forbidden to leave the park wearing harness or helmet.<\/li>\n
            6. Course restrictions:\u00a0DISCOVER THE PARK<\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0Each participant is required to have a signed form in order to participate.<\/strong>\u00a0For participants under 18 years, their parent will be required to sign on their behalf. The registration form will be attached to your confirmation email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
